When filing the change, exchange or return request, the customer must indicate their personal and purchase data, which include: Identification number, email, home address, order number or invoice with which the purchase was made.

Product changes or money refunds will always be made for the purchase value of the product.

The days of collection of your product in the process of change, exchange or return, will be made on business days, except federal holidays.
